AGS engages external catering companies to provide meals and refreshments at our events. Your dietary requirements will be passed on to them and they will identify ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction for those with food allergies. However, there is always risk of contamination in a commercial kitchen and there could be traces of some allergen ingredients. Individuals with food allergies must be aware of this risk. The caterers will not assume any liability for adverse reactions from the food consumed, that one may come in contact with whilst eating any of the labelled ordered meals.

Cancellation policy

Once registration is completed it assures your place on the course of your choice. Unless you advise us within 48 hours of receipt of the confirmation email, the full attendance fee will be payable. If the registered attendee cannot attend, please feel free to send another person from your agency as a replacement. Should an attendee withdraw from a course within 5 business days of the course date, AGS will retain 15% of the course fees to cover administration costs. (Courses will only be run on the basis of our receiving sufficient registrations.)

AGS reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient registrations. If a course is cancelled by AGS, you will receive a full refund.

Privacy

We collect and use your information to facilitate your participation in AGS events or training activities. We will use your contact details to share information about future AGS legal training, events and publications. You can unsubscribe from our updates at any time. We may disclose information about your participation in AGS legal training and events to your employer on request, or to State or Territory Law Societies or otherwise where required by law.
